Living up to its name, The Collab. is teaming up with the legendary Dynamite MC, aka Mercury Prize winning rapper-turned-sommelier Dom the Somm, (formerly of two Michelin starred The Clove Club) Dom the Somm, to host this extraordinary event. He'll be your guide for the evening, dropping stories and insights as you journey through each course and its perfect wine pairing.
