The Collab. was born out of a collaboration between Paul Human and Sam McGregor.

With Paul bringing his knives and knowledge from a career in high end food, and Sam straight from the Signature Brew collab drinks world; they came together to create a neighbourhood restaurant built on collaboration.

Every month a new collab hits our restaurant. Since 2019, we've welcomed world-famous chefs, musicians, actors and brewers into our kitchen; teaming up with us to curate incredible collaboration menus and unforgettable experiences.

Set in the heart of central Walthamstow, a stone's throw from the station, we’re set up in an open industrial, yet friendly space, where all people are welcome. We can host 100 guests and have a top-notch EM Acoustics sound system delivering meticulously-curated playlists. Well-behaved dogs are welcome!

You'll be greeted with a smile and treated to a dynamic rotating menu, sourced from ethical producers.
